Kid Nation at CFTN Surprise

At CFTN Surprise our kids (infant through 5th grade) experience safe, age-appropriate environments where they learn about Jesus in a creative and relevant way.

Our desire is that Kid Nation be a place where your children can learn to worship, to pray, and also to know how much they are loved by God. We believe no one is too young to have an encounter with Jesus. And considering God knows us from the womb, there is much we can learn by observing their early years with God.

We would love to see you and your family visit Kid Nation.

Your first visit

Family Focused

We partner with parents in a team effort to provide an atmosphere where they can experience the presence of God for themselves and begin to discover God’s plan for their lives. Our leaders serve as an extension of your family covering in hopes of guiding your children to healthy behavior patterns and self-discipline in and out of the church setting.

Here’s what to expect when visiting Kids Nation for the first time:

First, find the check-in computer at the bottom of the staircase in the courtyard. There we will meet your family, check your child into our system, and then one of our volunteers will lead your child to their age-appropriate room.

Upon checking in for the first time, we will ask for the following personal information (NOTE: We value your privacy and will not share this information with anyone):

  • Parent/guardian name(s)
  • Child’s name
  • Child’s birthdate
  • Home address
  • Phone number
  • Any special instructions (allergies, special needs) for your children

How check-in works

Before Service: You can check-in your child at the check-in computer. After finding your child’s name in the database, you and your child will be given matching name tags that are exclusive to your family and your visit. Your child will need to wear the name tag portion while you hold on to the matching tag.

After Service: After the service is complete, you will return to your child’s room and show your tag in order for your child to be released back to you.

During Service: In the event that we need to contact you during the service, we will give you a text message letting you know your child is needing you. We ask you to please exit the auditorium immediately go to your child’s room. If you do not provide a phone number at check in, we will have a security member find you in the sanctuary at direct you to the correct classroom.
