Our Leadership

Pastors Neil and Shannon Betrue have dedicated over 29 years to ministry. Pastor Neil gave his life to Christ at the age of seventeen and immediately developed a deep passion for sharing Jesus with others. He is a graduate of Texas Bible Institute and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Christian Studies from Grand Canyon University. Pastor Shannon also earned her Bachelor’s degree from Grand Canyon University.

Throughout their journey, they have faithfully served as Youth Pastors, Children’s Pastors, and have spent more than 15 years ministering in the prisons of Mohave County. In 2019, they answered God’s call to move to Surprise, Arizona, where they now lead Church for the Nations Surprise as Lead Pastors.

They are proud parents of three incredible children, a wonderful son-in-law, two grandsons, and one granddaughter who bring them immense joy. What makes it even more special is that their entire family serves together in ministry, standing beside them in their calling.
